As a mobile operator, Telenor sees us as a potential operator of transport network slices. Currently there is vendor lock-in where vendors offer proprietary hardware (HW) with embedded network applications/software (SW) and network management systems (NMS) and interfaces.

TeraFlow in IEEE NFV-SDN 2022

The 8th IEEE Conference on Network Functions Virtualization and Software-Defined Networking (IEEE NFV-SDN 2022) fostered knowledge sharing and discussion on new approaches as well as work addressing gaps and improvements in NFV and SDN-enabled architectures, algorithms and operational frameworks for virtualized network functions and infrastructures. The conference took place onsite and hybrid from 14-16 November 2022.

TeraFlow was on IEEE GLOBECOM - NETMAN6G

The paper “Intent-Driven Management for Multi-Vertical End-to-End Network Slicing Services” by Min Xie (Telenor Research & Telenor Group, Norway); Pedro Henrique Gomes (Ericsson Research, Brazil); Jörg Niemöller (Ericsson, Sweden); Patrick Waldemar (Telenor ASA, Norway) with acknowledge to the TeraFlow project was accepted on the 3rd Workshop on Network Management for 6G Communication Systems (NETMAN6G) within the framework of IEEE Global Communications Conference (IEEE GLOBECOM) that took place on 4–8 December 2022 on Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
