First TeraFlow face-to-face meeting

In May 2022, after pandemics period and a successful online first project review, the first TeraFlow face-to-face meeting has been held in Castelldefels (Spain).

All partners decided the creation of ETSI TeraFlowSDN and joined ETSI community. All partners agreed to bring our gitlab repository to ETSI, in order to finalize the transition to an open-source community. 

As the project progress was positively evaluated and our methodology was successful, we decided to keep the regular meetings on-line, with technical WP bi-monthly regular meetings and a monthly plenary.
